La dernière structure a ouvert ses portes le 1er septembre 2020. Située au rez-de-chaussée d'une nouvelle résidence dans le quartier de l’Aeroparc à Yutz. Elle se compose d'une superficie de plein pied de 160m2 avec une cuisine, une salle de bain, deux salles de repos, une salle d'éveil et de repas, un bureau, un accueil et une salle "be-cool". Elle possède aussi un jardin privatif et une terrasse couverte. L’entrée de la structure se fait par la porte principale situé sur le parking privé et sécurisé.
